Eye See... Eye Learn Program
Milton Family Eye Care has been participating in the Eye See... Eye Learn program since its inception. This program encourages all children of kindergarten age to have a comprehensive eye exam with an optometrist.
As children start their learning and school journey, it is important to have clear vision. Children are not always aware they are not seeing as well as they should, and an eye exam will catch any visual concerns or blur that are going undetected and may be holding them back from learning their best.
The Eye See... Eye Learn program entitles any participating child who needs glasses to a complimentary pair. OHIP coverage is extended to cover the cost of an eye exam not only for those in kindergarten, but for children up to and including age 19 years.
